Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, international business, or a related field is typically required.
- Having minimum of 5-6 years of marketing experience, with a focus on global or international markets will be an added value.
- Ability to analyze market data, consumer behavior, and marketing performance metrics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms for online advertising, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication in English, both oral and written and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to develop innovative and culturally sensitive marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify global market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in target markets.
- Plan and execute international marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and content creation tailored to local markets.
- Work with product development teams to adapt products to meet the needs and preferences of international customers.
- Ensure brand consistency and adapt brand positioning as needed for different cultural contexts.
- Collaborate with international partners, distributors, and agencies to expand market reach.
